The National leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the 2023 presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu has replied those he said, were mocking him over ill-health.
He said, he was being insulted every day, revealing that among those who are insulting him, he’s the only aspirant that has medical report.
The politician also stated that none of those insulting him can match his mental capacity. He spoke when he visited Niger State to canvass for votes from delegates on Friday
He said: “They don’t have my brain but they abuse me every day, ‘E no well, leg dey pain am, e go Mecca go do Tawafi.’ None of them has a medical certificate but I have.
They have empty brains and have nothing to say rather than insult me but I leave them to their blindness and ignorance.”
According to him, intelligence and smartness are the two key qualities to tackle nation’s challenges and not strength, even as President’s job is not to climb mountain.
“A President’s job is not to climb mountain, a wrestling match, or carry concrete; it is to think and perform with his brain. We are not looking for WWE wrestling fighter; we are looking for a thinker to provide security for us; we are looking for a doer who will look at economic opportunities and turn it around to prosperity,” he said
