Corper Stephanie Achado earlier declared missing found dead in Maitama, Abuja

A female Corper, Stephanie Seember Terungwa Achado who was earlier declared missing after she could not be traced for some days has been found dead in Maitama Area of Abuja.

Achado was a graduate of Microbiology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi and was on a mandatory one year Youth Service in Abuja.

She reportedly left home on 14th April in her Youth Service uniform, but didn’t return home that day.

In what started like a joke turned into apprehension among her relatives, friends and colleagues as she could neither be reached on her phone or seen for barely one week before her lifeless body was seen.

The Police was yet to issue an official statement, but an aide to the Executive governor of Benue State, Mr Iorliam Shia on Wednesday confirmed the unfortunate incident, but, said, said the police are investigating the cause of her death.
