Scores dead people in Kanam who were killed by terrorists

Senator representing Plateau North in the National Assembly, Sen. Istifanus Dung Gyang has condemned the latest terror attacks on communities of Kanam Local Government, saying the ugly development compounds the insecurity in Plateau State.
Senator Gyang who is the Deputy Chairman, Senate Committee on Defense expresses concern that Kanam which was hitherto exempted from terror attacks has been visited with heart-wrenching massacre.
The Senator in a press statement signed and issued on Thursday by his Media Aide, Precious Nyako expresses his heartfelt condolences to the affected families.
He says it is disheartening to witness attacks on peace-loving citizens as terrorists invade and unleash terror on communities from one LGA to another in Plateau State.
While condemning the dastardly attack, Senator Gyang calls on the Security Agencies to take all necessary steps to secure law-abiding citizens and ensure that those behind the various attacks in Plateau state are apprehended to face justice.
