2023: VP Osinbajo declares interest to contest for President
Nigeria’s Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo on Monday declared to contest for the 2023 presidential election.
The VP declared in a live broadcast on Channels Television on Monday morning after he consulted with the All Progressives Congress governors on Sunday evening.

He met with the APC governors and had itfar with them at Aguda House, his official residence which is located at the presidential villa, Abuja on Sunday.
In his broadcast, he promised to consolidate on the legacies of President Muhammadu Buhari, if given the opportunity.
