2023: NNPP vows to take over from APC
The leadership of New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, Nasarawa state chapter has described the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC as deserter ever happened to the state and the country at large.
This was disclosed by a member steering committee of the party. Hon
Umar Aboki in an interview CAPITAL POST in Lafia, saying that, APC has brought nothing to Nigerians, except poverty and misery.
“So many members of the society are suffering from economic exclusion due to their insensitivity to the yearninga and aspirations and that is why we have lost faith in the capacity of the party to take us to greater height”, adding that they have been patient for long time thinking that things would be better but, the reverse is the case.
Hon. Aboki pointed out that common Nigerians are finances the budget directly or indirectly without corresponding positive impact and the situation is gradually getting worse more than PDP, era.
“As such we are sick and tired of lip service to the issue of remodelling our society that is why we paused, ponder and take a decision to change how things work in the country for the good of all.
“As Nigeria is nobody’s personal estate we must follow all the constitutional means and democratic tenets to effect possible and positive change of direction that will impact on the society.”
The party called on citizens of Nasarawa state and the country to rally round and support the NNPP, for greater tomorrow.
