The people of Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency of Jigawa State will ever be greatful to ever young energetic and dynamic leader Hon. Abubakar Makki Yalleman who has not disappointed them at the National Assembly.
Hon Yalleman has sponsored several bills, motions and facilitates over 35 projects in his Constituency.
Hon. (Dr) Makki Abubakar Yalleman who is the Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Defence and member representing Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency of Jigawa State is one of the Lawmakers that is no doubt regarded as most vibrant lawmaker in the history of the 9th Assembly.
The 9th National Assembly will remember Hon.Yalleman for his contribution for the passage of Petroleum Industry Bill, Amendment to Electoral Act and the Review of 1999 Constitution etc.
Hon. (Dr) Makki Abubakar Yalleman as a Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Defence which oversight function of his Committee on Defense, says some of them who are members of House Committee on Defence and Air Force believed that the security of lives and properties is the primary responsibility of any government, recently, he commended President Muhammedu Buhari for the first batch of military equipment from United States of America particularly aircraft which landed in Nigeria in July, 2021 while the second batch also arrived in September, 2021.
He however advised Nigerians to support the security operatives in the fight against insecurity in the country.
Hon.Yalleman will stand tall among his colleagues because of his dynamic and approach to the welfare of his people and Nigeria in general.
Hon. Makki Abubakar Yalleman within the last 3 years in office as a member, House of Representatives, have built some block of class room, sponsored and co-sponsored several bills that have direct and indirect impact on his constituents and entire Nigerians.
He also within the time under review presented many motions as well as carried out constituency projects.
Popular among the bills sponsored by Hon. Yalleman include Bill seeking to amend the Oath of Elected Office Holders; Bill seeking to amend the Penal and Criminal Code with respect to suicide, and Bill seeking to establish the Electoral Criminal Court.
Also, Hon. Yalleman presented motions adopted by the House of Representatives; this includes the motion he moved on 18th July, 2019 on ‘Need to Avert Impending SSANU and NASU from the Strike.”
Ever caring Hon.Yallemen Has also raised a motion on “Need for Proactive Measures Towards Disaster Flooding in his contitutency.
On 23rd March, 2021, Hon. Yalleman presented motion on the “Non–Release of Retention Funds by Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies.”
The motion that cut the attention of the House and adopted the motion which was resolved to investigate the “Non–Release of Retention Funds by Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies.”
Presenting the motion, Yalleman said in the last ten years, Ministries, Departments and Agencies have held unto retention funds running into billions of naira meant for contractors despite issuing Certificates of Completion, taken over the projects and the expiration of the mandatory defect liability period as prescribed by law.
Other motion are moved by Hon Yalleman are the practice inimical to the growth of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) as it denies contractors the needed capital to stay afloat while part of those funds formed part of the N1.2 trillion the Fiscal Responsibility Commission accused about 122 MDAs of failure to remit in 2020.

he has Distributed (100M) medical equipments & drugs to Hospitals in Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency.
Provision of Medicine and some Hospital equipment to some of the hospitals across the constituency.
He Pay million naira to treat a person from Kaugama LGA at Dala Hospital and payment of five hundred thousand naira to treat another patient from Mallam Madori LGA.
Millions of naira has also be spent by hon.Yalleman to help in treatment of many patients within and outside his constituency.
To open up the economy viability of of his constituency, CAPITAL POST gathered that Hon. Yalleman have installed serveral brand new transformers and electric equipment in his contitutency. This includes supply and installation of New Brand Transformers at Kamfala Quarters and Makwalle Quarters, Mallam Madori.

Empowered over one thousand people (women and youths) with N5,000 for small scale businesses within the constituency under Sensitization Programme for Youth and women by Institute of Peace and Conflict Resolution

Within the years under review Hon. Yalleman facilitated employment of over 30 of his constituents in so many Federal and State Government establishments.
As a faithful Muslim who care for the less previllage in the society, during the holy month of Ramadan 2021, (Dr) Makki Abubakar Yalleman distributed One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) 50KG Bags of Rice to the Less Privilege in Mallamadori/Kaugama Federal Consituency.
He also renovated mosque at Marke town, Hadin Takarofi town.
He donated of N200,000 to the orphanage Care of Yalleman Hausawa and N300,000 to Kaugama Orphanage care.
He Distributed two vehicles to Islamic Association in Mallammadori and Kaugama (Izalah Mallammadori and Darika Kaugama).
During COVID-19 lockdown, he donated One Million Naira palliatives to people of Kaugama town.
He also donated New Mercedes Benz to an Elder in Mallam Madori and New Toyota Corolla to an Elder in Kaugama.
He donated two million naira (2M) to victims of flooding in Mallammadori and Kaugama LGA.
He distributed 10 truck fully loaded with palliative to victims of Flooding via NEMA.
