Anambra woman who alledgedly killed husband with too much sex rescued from being paraded nude

An Aguleri housewife in Anambra East Local Government Council who was paraded naked on the street for alleged killing of her husband with too much sexual intercourse was rescued by the Police

Police statement which was signed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ikenga Tochukwu confirmed that the embattled middle-aged woman was rescued following a video clip of the incident which went viral.

Change of Name

The Police said, a narrator who spoke in native language explained that the deceased husband was preparing to bury his late mother next month before his wife killed him with excessive sex.

The deceased was seen dressed dead and lying on a bed.

While the wife was being paraded nude on the streets, her tormentors were casting derogation words against her

However, the PPRO said in a statement that one suspect has been arrested for the barbaric act as the police studies the video to identify other suspects and bring them to the book.

The statement said: “Anambra State Police Operatives have today 12/3/2022 at about 12:07pm rescued a female victim from an angry mob in Aguleri.

The rescue was a result of a report seen trending video of where a lady was publicly molested and assaulted on an alleged incident of causing the death of her late husband.

Further information reveals that the deceased had already been buried before the video started trending. The victim was rescued and she is currently receiving medical care in the hospital.

“The Commissioner of Police CP Echeng Echeng while describing the act as barbaric, states that one suspect is already in custody and ordered an immediate study of the video with the aim to identify the suspects, arrest and bring them to book.

“He also urged members of the public to stop sharing the video in other to protect the dignity of the woman.

“More development shall be communicated please”
