Natasha Akpoti weds Alema of Warri Kingdom

Barrister Natasha Akpoti has announced her readiness to get married to Chief Emmanuel Uduagha, the Alema of Warri in Delta State.

Akpoti is the a stalwart of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and a Kogi State governorship candidate in the 2019 gubernatorial election.

In the wedding invitation seen by CAPITAL POST on Wednesday, the wedding is scheduled to take place at her late father’s residence, Ihima, in Kogi Central Senatorial District on 5th March, 2022.

Akpoti, an activist who had previously married with three children did contest for Kogi Central Senatorial District, but lost to the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, now Senator Yakubu Oseni.

The Alema of Warri Kingdom has been hobnobbing with the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, Dr. Ado Ibrahim as he was recently spotted.

Reports said, the Alema of Warri has been frequenting the palace of Ohinoyi of Ebiraland these days, hence, speculations were rife that the royal father might have mediated for the royal wedding to be established.
