My attention has been drawn to a statement in public domain which my name was mentioned with the caption “ICDA INCORPORATED TRUSTEES CONSTITUTED FIVE MAN ACTING NEC OFFICIALS, ASKED SADIQ TO HANDOVER.”
I wish to state very clear and unequivocally that the last meeting of the Incorporated Board of Trustees was held to discuss how to further comply and wind down as well as hand over the association to His Royal Majesty, the Atta Igala to take further steps on how to reorganize it.
The Incorporated Trustees had concluded plans to meet in the Palace at Idah and hand over the seal of ICDA to the Atta Igala.
The Incorporated Board of Trustees did not therefore meet to contemplate any activity beyond the handing over of the seal to the Atta Igala as handing over legal authority, and demonstrating full compliance to the directive of His Royal Majesty.
The public is accordingly called upon to take notice that at this stage it is only Gabaidu that may make such appointment purported to have been made.
The public is therefore called upon to disregard any publication purported to be made in the name of Dr Omakoji Oyiguh.
