Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Borno State Council Chairman , Comrade Bulama Talba on behalf of all working journalists felicitates with the Special Adviser (SA) to Borno State Governor Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum on Strategy and Communication Malam Isa Gusau on his graduation with distinction in Masters Degree in Media and Public Relations (PR) from University of Leicester United Kingdom.
He described as heartwarming for all the working journalists to associate with the SA in Borno State and, “necessary to identify with this feat coming from a renown academic institution bestowed on one of ours in addition to his previous First Class Degree in Media and Public Relations and Advertising from Middlesex University in London.”
