Breaking: Governor Uzodinma’s CSO arrested
Governor Hope Uzodinma’s Chief Security Officer, Superintendent of Police, SP Adamu Shaba has been arrested and has been taken into custody.
His arrest was not unconnected with abduction of Hon. Uche Nwosu, the former Chiefof Staff to ex-governor Rochas Okorocha.
Nwosu, a governorship candidate in the 2019 election was abducted by gun wielding mask men who stormed the Anglican Church at Eziama Obieri in Nkwerre Local Government Council of Imo State.
Nwosu was worshipping in the outing service of his late mother who was recently laid to rest.
Serious condemnation trailed his arrest at Saint Peters Anglican Church, even the masked.secueiry operatives shot sporadically before whisking Nwosu away.
He was said to have been handcuffed and treated like a criminal before he was transported from Imo to Enugu and later Abuja on a hired private jet.
Nwosu narrated his ordeal said, he was abducted on the orders of Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, adding that his abductors spoke Hausa language when he was being moved from Imo to Enugu to be airlifted tom Abuja.
He also revealed that Imo State governor has ‘killer squads’ headed by Adamu Shaba who disguises as Security operatives inside Government who chases Hope Uzodinma’s perceived political opponents.
