Kutigi greets Nigerlites at Christmas
Peoples Democratic Party PDP chieftain and frontline governorship aspirant in Niger state, Rt Honourable Muhammad Sani Kutigi has appealed for more divine supplications from the people of the state to curb the activities of bandits, kidnappings and other vices whose intention is to wipe out the State.
Kutigi in his Christmas message to mark this year’s event for 2021 released on Sunday to the people of Niger State, expressed worry on the unabated security challenges bedeviling Niger state, saying it deserved collective responsibility.
He urged Christians in Niger state to use the holy season to pray against the new ugly development, while reassuring them that another political chapter for the people of the State will wipe away the current situation.
The former federal lawmaker used the occasion to commiserate with the entire people of Niger State on the unfortunate incidences, that had suddenly taken over the state, saying it is evidence of bad government and leadership.
In this regard, he appealed to them not to lose hope or slumber in their determination to change the trend, stating that prayers and determination to change the current order will resolve the ongoing situations in the state .
He appealed to christians not to be daunted with the current development, urging them to celebrate with one another, the commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
The PDP chieftain wished the people a happy celebration and many more years of this occasion.
