Breaking: Amotekun rescues 3 abducted passengers in Ondo
The remaining three abducted passengers have been rescued by Amotekun in Ondo State.
Twelve passengers who were on their way to Lagos were abducted by bandits on Wednesday, out of which nine of them were rescued in less than 24 hours.
The victims were abducted at Idoani Ifira axis in Ondo State while on their way from Abuja to Lagos.
Speaking on the development, the Commander of Amotekun in the state, Chief Adetunji Adeleye said the victims would be released to reunite with their family members on Saturday.
“I can confirm to you that we have rescued the three remaining victims and they will be released to reunited with their families today,” Adeleye said.
