DSS charges 2 Igboho’s aides for terrorism in Court
Two aides of the Yoruba agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, alias Igboho has been charged for terrorism in Court by the Department of Security Services (DSS).
The aides have been in detention since they were arrested in July 2020 with ten others who have already been bailed.
The defendants in the charge marked FHC/ABJ/CR/305/2021, which was entered before the Federal High Court in Abuja, Noah Oyetunji and the only lady that was arrested during the July 1 raid of Igboho’s residence by DSS operatives, Amudat Babatunde.
In their individual charge, the secret police alledged that Oyetunji was found in possession of firearm for terrorism activities which he was operating from Sunday Igboho’s residence in Ibadan.
The second female defendant, Amudat, the DSS said, used her Facebook page to promote activities of terrorism.
They were charged to Court from DSS’s custody in Abuja.
