Sokoto University has lowest Cut-Off marks as others releases theirs
Following the release of cut-off marks by some Nigerian Universities, Sokoto State University has the lowest of 140 to gain admission for the 2021/2022 academic session.
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has cancelled the national and general cut-off marks and left it at the discretion of the Universities to decide.
Jamb Registrar, Prod. Ishaq Oloyede told BBC that some Universities in Nigeria have released their cut-off marks in earnest.
Other Nigerian Universities that have so far released their cut-off marks for the 2021/2022 admission are:
University of Maiduguri – 150
Usman Dan Fodio University – 140
Pan Atlantic University – 210
University of Lagos – 200
Lagos State University – 190
Covenant University – 190
University of Ilorin – 180
Bayero University, Kano – 180
CAPITAL POST on Friday reported that Bayero University, Kano has alao released its cut-off marks, but which depends on the faculty.
Faculty of Allied Health Sciences – 200
Faculty of Clinical Sciences – 250
Faculty of Dentistry – 200
Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences – 220
Faculty of Law – 220
Cut-off mark for blind candidates – 160
