Insecurity: FCT Police releases phone numbers for distress calls

The Nigeria Police has released phone numbers to be called when in distress or if there was a suspicion of strange person(s) within the Federal Capital Territory.

The contact numbers have become so important in view of security concerns in the Federal Capital Territory and Nigeria at large.

CAPITAL POST will like to advise further that residents of the FCT must be vigilante to pass genuine information to security agents. Until such cooperation is guaranteed security agents may not be proactive in nipping in the bud threats to human lives.

Residents should also be vigilant on shanties, slums, abandoned and uncompleted buildings as criminals may likely inhabit those places for their nefarious activities.
