Put abduction experience behind you, work for happier life, El-Rufai reacts to release of students

Following the release of 27 students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation on Wednesday, Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai has asked the students to put behind them horror of the past and work towards living a happier life and a successful future.

Kaduna State governor reacted in a statement by the State Commissioner, Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, said, “Governor Nasir El-Rufai charged them to view their ordeal as a motivator to put the past behind and work hard towards a happier and successful future ahead.”

Change of Name

The statement said, the State government learnt from the State Police Command that the remaining 27 students have been released and are back home.

According to the statement, the government rejoices with the freed students, their families and the management of the institution over this development.
