Nigeria Police recovered stashed cash in ‘Ghana must go’ from criminal hideout in Adamawa
Security operatives in Adamawa State have recovered huge sums of money stashed in ‘Ghana must go’ from a criminal hideout in Adamawa.
The combined Security operatives recovered the money while on patrol in the State while they are calling on the actual owner(s) to approach Adamawa State Police Command with a proof of ownership.
The Police Command explained that the money was buried at a black spot located at Tashan Marghi, Anguwan Tili, Gombi Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
In a statement which was issued in Yola on Wednesday by the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje said, the State Commissioner of Police, Aliyu Adamu Alhaji is calling on the general public particularly who’s money was stolen to report to Divisional police headquarters, Gombi with proofs and claim.
The statement said the success was recorded by the active work of the Police personnel on patrol on the 6/4/2021 being Tuesday by the Command’s operatives attached to Gombi Division.
