Report has it that two men who were alledgedly on assassination mission from Dekina to Okekwu village in Igalamela/Odolu local government area of Kogi State have been arrested.
Sources told our reporter that the assasins were arrested after a tip off, which they confessed to the act.
The Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Security Matters to Igalamela/Odolu LGA, Hon. Onoja James Omachonu was said to have been involved in the arrest of suspects.
The suspects have been handed over to the Security’s agents for criminal prosecution.
The SSA reiterated his desire in making the local government government uncomfortable for criminals.
