Breaking: Femi Fani-Kayode holds secret meeting with Buni, Bello set to defect to APC

The controversial former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode on Monday met secretly with the Caretaker Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Mai Mala Buni and Kogi State governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for a possible return to APC.

CAPITAL POST gathered that the meeting which took place at an undisclosed guest house in Abuja may not be unconnected with Fani-Kayode’s possible return to APC which he left six years ago.

The closed- door meeting, which lasted for about an hour, may not be unconnected with fine tuning plans for the return of the former Minister to APC.

Fani-Kayode had earlier met with Governor Bello in his Wuse Zone 6 residence in Abuja before he led the former Minister to the party chairman’s Guest House.
Source close to the Former minister said FFK is ready to do anything to be accepted back into the party he was among the founder including tender an open apology to Buhari.

Ahead of 2023, there have been defections politicians from one party to the other.
