Trump, wife leaves White House

America’s outgoing President,.Donald Trump and his Wife, Melaina Trump.have left the White House.

Both took off from the lawn of the Whute House and were immediately conveyed by a presidential helicopter which took him around the premises of the White House to give him a final view before arriving at Joint Base Andrews.

He left ahead of inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States and Kamala Harris as his Vice President.

Biden defeated Trump at the US presidential election of November 3, 2020, but the outgoing Trump continue to maintain that he won.

Biden and Kamala will be sworn-in on Wednesday by day at 17:00 GMT.

The inauguration will, however, be graced by the outgoing Vice President Mike Pence, Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell and other GOP leaders.

Before leaving, Trump granted a presidential pardon to 70 convicts under the prerogative of mercy.
