Paternity allegation: FCMB MD, Nuru sent on compulsory leave, placed under investigation

The management of the First City Monument Bank (FCMB) on Tuesday sent its Managing Director, Adam Nuru on compulsory leave to be investigated over allegations of.marital infidelity.

The commercial retailing bank has been in the public opium over alledged sexual misconduct of its Managing Director since last week, but had late Tuesday forced on leave by the panel probing the allegations.

Nuru was said to have had an affair with Moyo Thomas, a former official of the bank, who is married.

According to reports, Moyo had reportedly left Tunde, her husband, and travelled to the United States with the kids, informing him that the children were not his, but Nuru’s.

Tunde reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest and died on 20th December, 2020.
